Northwest Leadership Strategies is led by Jenny Scott, an energetic and passionate person who helps others serve and lead.

Jenny formed the business in August 2007, to provide leadership and organization development consulting and facilitation services to a broad spectrum of non-profit organizations, municipalities, and both public and private companies.

Jenny has served in several leadership roles during the past fifteen years in corporate, nonprofit, and municipal environments. She completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership through Gonzaga University in 2006, and also received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from GU in 1996. Jenny also holds certifications in Servant Leadership and Facilitative Leadership.

Jenny is enthusiastic about, and devoted to, the philosophy and practice of Servant Leadership. Jenny also receives much joy and satisfaction from teaching in the Business Division of Lewis-Clark State College. She was selected as Adjunct Faculty of the Year in 2011. Jenny resides in southeast Washington State with her husband and son.
